Richard Gutierrez is all ready! Well, their 39 days in the island is more or less over by now, so we can safely say he survived! Personally, I think he has a lot of potential to be a great host for a big reality show like Survivor and teasers look very promising.. Survivors’ ready???? What about us? Of course we are….Let’s bring on the game! Who will outwit, outplay, and outlast? Who will be the 1st Sole Celebrity Survivor? August 30 is the start.
Looks like Survivor Philippines will cut short the agony of waiting of all the Survivor fans as the show will start airing its third edition via Survivor Philippines Celebrity Showdown.
They started to shoot this July where they announced that Richard Gutierrez together with the GMA News and Public Affairs team is flying to a secret island. Then, speculations to who are the castaways started to spread out. Social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter were used to trace clues whether a celebrity is joining the contest. Until August 13 when the show officially named the 18 castaways.
Now, according to teasers Survivor Philippines Celebrity Showdown will start airing August 30. Really fast, isn’t it? Well, I believe they did it to avoid leakage of spoilers and to sustain the climax and clamor from the audience. As for fans like us, all we need to do is get the Plasma Televisions or Rear Projection Televisions ready for great viewing pleasure. For sure, this season will be jam-packed with quotable quotes, exciting challenges and mind-blowing alliances. So let us wait some more until August 30 for Survivor Philippines Celebrity Edition.
